The Nutcracker - Alberta Ballet

There are many things, which, when mentioned, are automatically associated with Christmas. The Nutcracker is definitely on this list for children and adults around the world. I however, until just recently, was not a part of the Nutcracker fan club. My holiday entertainment seemed to fill up quite quickly with productions of A Christmas Carol, Claymation and, of course, Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation. But what a wonderful year to experience this classic tale for the first time! The Alberta Ballet has been dazzling audiences with the Nutcracker for over a decade, but this year they decided to get rid of the old and bring in the new with a completely re-vamped production.
