Adopt a Costume From The Nutcracker
In December 2008, Alberta Ballet made history with our brand new production of The Nutcracker! Audiences were dazzled by Edmund Stripe's stunning choreography set amidst a world of amazing sets and intricate costumes designed by world-renowned and Emmy award-winning designer Zack Brown.
Set in the opulent period of Imperial Russia, this is the most magnificent production ever mounted by Alberta Ballet. Traditional in concept yet bursting with vitality, Tchaikovsky's eternal score will inhabit a new and magical world of sugar plum dreams and twirling snowflakes.
We invite you to continue bringing this new production to life by adopting one of the over 150 amazing costumes. There are many costumes still available for adoption with opportunities starting as low as $1,500.

Every adoptive “parent” will receive a framed picture of their costume, and their name will be listed in our playbill and also on our website.
We hope you will join us in bringing the magic of The Nutcracker to life!
