Galien Johnston

Galien was born in Lethbridge, Alberta. At age 9, Galien attended Canada’s National Ballet School where she completed her training. She began her career at The National Ballet of Canada, and then joined the Hamburg Ballet in 1999 where she stayed for seven years. This is now Galien’s fifth season with the Alberta Ballet and some of her more noted roles here are Desdemona in Othello, Dark Angel in Serenade, Madame de Tourvelle in Dangerous Liaisons and Anna 2 in The Seven Deadly Sins
