Volunteering

The success of Alberta Ballet depends on the generous involvement of those with a true passion for the arts–people like you! All Alberta Ballet volunteers are invited to a special appreciation reception each season to show our gratitude. We couldn't do it without you!

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:

Event Assistants (Calgary only) for our Up Close Wine & Whisky Tastings. Duties will include set up and take down, directing and interacting with guests, attending to guest parking, and more. Volunteers will be needed April 12 - 15, 21, and 28, 2012.
Boutique Volunteers for our performances of Love Lies Bleeding in Calgary (May 3 - 5, 2012) and Edmonton (May 11 - 12, 2012). Duties include selling merchandise, handling cash and inventory, and assisting patrons as needed.
House Captains, and House Volunteers for our annual House & Garden Tour, June 23 - 24, 2012. Duties include directing guests through the tour, and acting as a representative of Alberta Ballet during the event.
