- Pink leather full-sole ballet slippers with single elastic across ankle
RD Levels 1, 2 and 3
- Navy blue leotard, sleeveless tank (style #0800 to size 8/10, style #0710 for 12/14)
- Pink microfibre tights (Mondor Style 310 Ballerina E6)
- Pink leather or canvas full-sole ballet slipper with elastic across ankle
RD Levels 4, 5 and 6
- Black leotard, sleeveless tank (style #3033)
- Pink tights (Mondor style 310 Ballerina E6 or 314 Ballerina E6 – convertible foot tight)
- Pink leather or canvas full sole or split sole slipper with elastics
RD Levels 7, 8, 9 and 10
- Black leotard (designer leotards NOT allowed)
- Pink tights (Mondor Style 310 or 314, Ballerina E6)
- Pink leather or canvas split sole slipper with elastics
PD All Levels, Pre-Professional and BA
- Black camisole leotard (Capezio #9388 or Reflections 626 L)

- Black leggings, white RAD-style socks
- White leather ballet shoes with elastics
- White or beige dance belt and elasticized belt for waist.
