Choose the level that's right for you
Beginner
Adult Ballet Beginner is geared for adult students who have little to no prior ballet experience. A perfect introduction to dance, participants will be taught the basic fundamentals of ballet in a fun and caring environment. All classes are accompanied by a live musician and are a great way to get moving, meet new friends, and further your appreciation for the art of dance.
Ballet 1/2
Adult Ballet Level 1/2 is suitable for dancers with 2-3 years of previous experience. A greater focus on the progression of technique, strength and alignment, as well as an increase in the complexity of movement phrases. Students should have a good understanding of basic dance technique and vocabulary. All classes are accompanied by a live musician and are a great way to get moving, meet new friends, and further your appreciation for the art of dance.
Ballet 3/4
Adult Ballet Level 3/4 is for dancers at an intermediate level with 5 years of previous experience. Students should have an intermediate understanding of dance technique and vocabulary. Classes will move quickly with an increase in the complexity and length of the exercises and phrases. All classes are accompanied by a live musician and are a great way to get moving, meet new friends, and further your appreciation for the art of dance.
