Whether you are new to ballet or are looking to get back to the barre after many years we offer several levels of ballet classes that are all accompanied by our talented pianists. Adult ballet classes help to improve posture, balance, strength and flexibility in a fun and relaxed environment.

Choose the level that's right for you

Beginner

This level is geared for adult students who have little to no prior ballet training. The basics of posture and positions will be covered. A perfect introduction to dance.

Ballet 1

For adult dancers who have had a minimum of 1-2 years of previous ballet training and a moderate understanding of basic dance technique and vocabulary. Simple combinations of steps and short phrases focusing on the foundations of technique and an overall enjoyment of dance.

Ballet 2

Suitable for dancers with a minimum of 3-4 years of previous training. A greater focus on the progression of technique, strength and alignment, as well as an increase in the complexity of movement phrases. Students must have a good understanding of basic dance technique and vocabulary. A workout for the mind and body.

Ballet 3/4

For dancers at an intermediate level with a minimum of 5 years training. Students must have an intermediate understanding of dance technique and vocabulary. Classes will move quickly with an increase in the complexity and length of the exercises and phrases. Dancers will be expected to actively participate in the application of corrections.
