Aaron hails from Fredericksburg, Virginia where he began his ballet training at age 11. He completed his training with renowned ballet teachers such as Violette Verdy, Suzanne Farrell, Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux, and Jacques Cesbron and simultaneously earned Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Ballet at Indiana University.

Aaron was invited to join Philadelphia Ballet in 2015 and quickly began performing leading roles including Basilio in Angel Corella's Don Quixote, Tybalt in Sir Kenneth MacMillan's Romeo & Juliet, and Waltz boy in George Balanchine's Serenade. The formative years of Aaron's career were dominated by opportunities to perform diverse icons of ballet including work by Jerome Robbins, Alexander Ekman, Ben Stevenson, Liam Scarlett, and Christopher Wheeldon.

Aaron joined Alberta Ballet as a Soloist in 2021 and is thrilled to be entertaining audiences in his new home in Canada. He is particularly proud of his work as the title role in Artistic Director Emeritus Jean Grand-Maître's PHI, the reimagined title role in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's Botero, and revisiting Basilio in Francesco Ventriglia's new production of Don Quixote which debuted in May 2025. Aaron was promoted to Principal Dancer in March 2024 and is humbled by the range of dance work he has been able to perform for audiences across Canada.

Alexandra began her dance training at age 4 in Glens Falls, New York, USA. She furthered her studies at home under former Joffrey Ballet Principal dancer, Pamara Perry, before leaving to study at the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and later the School of American Ballet in Lincoln Center, New York City. Alexandra also attended many summer programs led by prestigious ballet companies such as Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and the School of American Ballet.

As a professional, Alexandra has danced with Philadelphia Ballet, formerly known as Pennsylvania Ballet, from 2011-2020 and rose to the rank of Soloist. She joined Alberta Ballet in 2020 as a Soloist and was promoted to Principal under the direction of Francesco Ventriglia in March of 2024. This is her sixth season with Alberta Ballet.

Over the past 15 years, Alexandra has had the wonderful opportunity to work with many choreographers first-hand and dance a multitude of ballets in a variety of styles. Some of her favorite roles include Gretel in Loughlan Prior’s Hansel & Gretel, the Principal Lead in George Balanchine’s Theme & Variations, and Sara” in Sir Wayne McGregor’s Chroma. In addition, some of Alexandra's favorite choreographers she has worked with are William Forsythe, Matthew Neenan, and Francesco Ventriglia.

Alexandra is proud to have been a part of the Pennsylvania Ballet’s televised 50th anniversary performance on PBS where she performed the Pas de Deux from Margot Sappington’s Under the Sun, as well as Diamonds from George Balanchine’s Jewels. While dancing, she has also pursued higher education and in June 2024, received a Bachelor of Science in Dance with a Minor in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Originally from Kanagawa, Japan, Luna is in her thirteenth season with Alberta Ballet.

She began her ballet training at a regional school in her hometown and, at the age of 16, was awarded a full scholarship to the Houston Ballet Academy, where she had the opportunity to perform in several productions with Houston Ballet as well as with Houston Ballet II. She later completed her professional training as a trainee at Boston Ballet School before joining Alberta Ballet in 2013.

Throughout her career with the company, Luna has performed an extensive range of soloist and principal roles. In 2023, she was promoted to Principal Dancer.

Some of her career highlights include dancing the title role in Giselle, Juliet in Romeo & Juliet, The Sylph in La Sylphide, and Suzuki in Stanton Welch’s Madame Butterfly.

Her repertoire also includes: the Sugar Plum Fairy and Klara in The Nutcracker; Kitri and Cupid in Don Quixote; Snow White and Belle in Francesco Ventriglia’s Once Upon a Time(A Thousand Tales); Cinderella and the Spring Fairy in Cinderella; Princess Aurora, Princess Florine, and the Fairy of Joy in The Sleeping Beauty; Alice in Edmund Stripe’s Alice in Wonderland; Cathy Marston’s Moving Still; Gretel and the Dew Fairy Queen in Loughlan Prior’s Hansel and Gretel; Svetlana in Ben Stevenson’s Dracula; the Red Woman and Pink Woman in Jiří Kylián’s Forgotten Land; Helen Pickett’s Petal; Fly in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Botero; Anne Plamondon’s Yearning To Make  A Difference; and Cordelia in Jean Grand-Maître’s All of Us, among many others.

Luna has had the privilege of working with an array of distinguished choreographers, including Yukichi Hattori, Garrett Smith, Morgann Runacre-Temple, Yin Yue, Wen Wei Wang, Alysa Pires, Nicolo Fonte, and Leiland Charles.

Caleb received his ballet training from the National College of Dance in his home city, Newcastle, Australia. In 2014 he joined Houston Ballet and danced with the company for eight seasons. In 2022 Caleb joined the Alberta Ballet and was promoted to Soloist the following year. Caleb’s recent favourite roles are Albrecht in Giselle and Espada in Don Quixote. Caleb also holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Canberra.

Allison Perhach trained locally in her hometown of Leesburg, Virginia before graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Ballet Performance and Arts Management. She was a BalletMet second company member for two seasons before joining Alberta Ballet. Now in her eighth season, Allison has enjoyed working with a variety of choreographers and in diverse styles throughout her career. Dancing the Sugar Plum Fairy, Helen Pickett’s Petal, and most recently as Mercedes in Francesco Ventriglia’s Don Quixote have been highlights. Allison was promoted to Soloist in 2024 during Ventriglia’s first season as Artistic Director and holds a Masters Certificate in Arts Management and Cultural Leadership from the University of Connecticut. She loves connecting with audiences all over the world, but has a special sense of pride when performing in Alberta. When she is not dancing, you can find Allison biking through Calgary's pathways or volunteering at Folk Fest!

Kurtis, originally from Ontario, Canada, began his ballet training at the age of 18 at the Oakville School of Classical Ballet. He later moved to New York City to complete his studies at Ballet Academy East under the direction of Darla Hoover. While in New York, he performed notable roles such as Prince Désiré in The Sleeping Beauty (staged by Maina Gielgud) and was awarded the prestigious David Howard Foundation Scholarship.

In 2019, Kurtis joined Alberta Ballet. Since then, some of his favourite roles have included the Jester in Christopher Anderson’s Cinderella, the Sugar Plum Cavalier in Edmond Stripe’s The Nutcracker, James in La Sylphide, Blue Bird in The Sleeping Beauty, the Queen of Hearts’ Cavalier in A Thousand Tales, the Black Bird in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Botero, and performing in Jean Grand-Maître’s pop ballet PHI. This season marks his sixth with Alberta Ballet.

Andrea Arbasino is originally from Voghera, Italy, where he began studying classical dance at a young age. In 2016 he was admitted to the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where he trained with teachers such as Frédéric Olivieri, Tatiana Nikonova, Loreta Alexandrescu and Elisa Scala, taking part in important productions including Woolf Works by Wayne McGregor, Aida by Giuseppe Verdi, The Nutcracker by George Balanchine and Don Quixote by Rudolf Nureyev.

In 2021 he continued his training at the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam, under the direction of Jean-Yves Esquerre and Olivier Wecxsteen.

During these four years, Andrea had the opportunity to deepen different styles and choreographic languages thanks to workshops with masters and choreographers such as Merrill Ashley, Suki Schorer, Maurice Causey (on William Forsythe’s masterpiece Herman Schmerman), Maina Gielgud, Goyo Montero, Roslyn Anderson and David Dawson.

His repertoire includes classical titles such as La Esmeralda, Raymonda, Ondine and Gottschalk by Olivier Wecxsteen, alongside contemporary creations such as Monade and Winter by Goyo Montero, Sombra, Aeternus and Fireflies by Macarena González, and Boulez I by Maurice Causey.

Andrea also had the opportunity to perform in Amsterdam with Metamorphosis by David Dawson, a neoclassical piece that marked his last performance with the school before the beginning of his professional career.

For the 2025/26 season, Andrea received his first contract as a professional dancer, joining the Corps de Ballet of Alberta Ballet in Canada, where he officially begins his artistic career.

Patrice was born in Lomé, Togo and was raised in Montréal, Canada.

He started dancing at the age of 7 and at 16 years old he began his professional ballet training. In 2020 he joined the Boston Ballet School’s pre-professional division at Walnut Hill where he studied for two years. He then joined the San Francisco Ballet School in 2022 where went on to be a Trainee for the 23/24 season after graduation. He returned to Canada and studied at the National Ballet School for one season before joining Alberta Ballet as an apprentice at the end of the 24/25 season. He was promoted to Corps de Ballet after his performance of The White Rabbit in Once Upon a Time - A Thousand Tales.

Originally from Asunción, Paraguay, Paloma began her ballet training at a very young age at Patricia Manavella Ballet Studio, under the guidance of Patricia Manavella. She also trained with Miguel Bonnin and, in 2021, completed her final year at the RCPD Mariemma (Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma) in Madrid, Spain.

Paloma has been recognized internationally, earning First Place in the Junior Category at the International Competition in Spoleto, Italy, and receiving scholarships to various schools at the Miami International Ballet Competition.

Before joining Alberta Ballet, Paloma danced with the Opéra National du Capitole in Toulouse, France, and later with Balletto di Milano in Italy, where she performed in renowned theaters worldwide across a wide range of productions and roles.

As a guest artist with Ballet Clásico y Moderno Municipal de Asunción, she performed Juliet in Romeo & Juliet. She has also appeared in prestigious galas throughout Latin America, dancing leading roles such as Kitri in Don Quixote, Odette/Odile and corps de ballet in Swan Lake, as well as roles in Le Corsaire, La Fille mal gardée by Ashton, La Bayadère, The Nutcracker, Na Floresta by Nacho Duato, among many others.
